Main duties are to Greet, Seat and Drink customers, Clean and Re-set tables. Hosts and Hostesses are also responsible for takeout orders (answering phones and cashing out) and some cleaning and stocking responsibilities. Day shift hosts or hostesses also work the bar. All servers were hosts or hostesses before they were promoted but not all hosts or hostesses become servers.

The host or hostess is the first person a customer sees as they walk in so appropriate dress is required.

Main responsibilities of all cooks are prepping kitchen (any slicing, dicing, chopping or stocking), preparing food, break down of unit at the end of the shift. The closer also sweeps and mops the kitchen at the end of the night.

The kitchen is made up of five (5) stations and each cook is trained on all stations.

• Dough Sheeting - Sheets all Pizza, Pods® and Bread Bowls
• Pizza and Pod® Making – Constructs all Pods, Pizzas, and Stuffed Pizzas
• Salads – Makes all Salads and some Appetizers
• Sandwiches – Makes all Sandwiches and some Appetizers
• Pasta and Grill - Makes all Pasta, Burgers, some Sandwiches and some Appetizers
